1. Order Processing & Handling
- ✓ Orders are processed once payment is received.
- ✓ We dispatch orders within 1 working day.
2. Domestic (UK) Shipping
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are 3–5 working days from dispatch. All UK orders ship with Evri, and your tracking link arrives by email.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.
Charges
UK delivery is £2 for a single pack and free on every 3-pack. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
3. International Shipping
- We currently ship to UK addresses only, including Northern Ireland.
- Orders with a delivery address outside the UK cannot be placed at checkout.
4. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure
Estimates, not guarantees
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather or transport strikes), delays may occur.
Events beyond our control
We will always endeavour to resolve any issues promptly, but TZ Studios Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.
